In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "joy7", "we", "us", "our" refers to the joy7 platform and the company operating it under the domain joy7.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on joy7.io or who accesses any part of the joy7 platform.

By registering an account on joy7.io, accessing any portion of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through joy7's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change. 5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction and is subject to change. Players are encouraged to check the current minimum on the deposit page before initiating a transfer.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of your bank. joy7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Declined Deposits

If a deposit is declined, no funds will be charged to your payment account. If you believe a charge has been made but your joy7 balance has not been credited, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate and resolve the discrepancy.

5.4 Currency

All accounts on joy7 are denominated in BDT (৳). If you initiate a payment from a non-BDT source, any currency conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their applicable rate. joy7 does not apply its own currency conversion charge.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment methods used for deposits. All withdrawals are processed in BDT to the player's registered payment account. Third-party withdrawals — where the withdrawal destination is not registered in the same name as the joy7 account — are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.1 Processing Times

joy7 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. These timeframes commence from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved by the joy7 payments team, which typically occurs within 24 hours of submission.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before the first withdrawal is processed.

Where abuse is identified, joy7 may void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game or bet, joy7 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the outcome accordingly. 8.4 Maximum Win Limits

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the joy7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
